Foundations Archaeology is a Registered Organisation with the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists. All of our work is undertaken in accordance with the Institute's Standards and Guidance, as well as complying with its Codes of Conduct and Practice.
We hold CHAS and SSIP accreditation, as well as being members of FAME (Federation of Archaeological Managers and Employers).
Foundations is committed to the highest level of quality standards and has been certified to BS/EN/ISO 9001 for quality assurance in the provision of archaeological services since 2003; one of the first archaeological practices to be independently certified for quality standards. We are also certified to BS/EN/ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and to BS/EN/ISO 45001 for Health and Safety Management.
