Tracy joined Foundations Archaeology in 1998 and by 2001 was promoted to Associate Director. She is highly experienced in all aspects of field and office based archaeological work. Her main responsibilities are consultancy, project management, remote site management, managing post-excavation programmes, report production, aerial photographic interpretation and analysis, as well as overseeing the accounts. She attained MCIfA in 2019.
